Definition of Mutilation is to physically altering an object so that it cannot be used or reconditioned for its intended purpose for an example if you have demil B item after it's been mutilated it is no longer a delmil B item it's converted to delmil A. Armed Forces Recycling has been performing Mutilation for DOD and State and federal agencies since 2008 with safety, security and environmental a number one priority!
